First of all, it *does* add new thought to the body of cultural development in the workplace by introducing great grounded theory research as well as, making connections between the works of the great masters, thus reinforcing the most important discoveries as being universally recognized and withstanding the test of time.\nSecondly, the format is fantastic in that one can gain a large understanding of each concept and technique with just a few pages of summary bullets. I had previously read many books on the subject to improve my organization, and found that this work is the most practical by far. \nThe greatest thing I got from this book is that it introduced me to some fantastic cultural concepts and solutions that I had never even heard of, much less would have ever read, and now I know about these skills and I am better for it. \nI highly recommend this book as being both a thought provoking \"great read\", and as being a handy reference book to pick up again in the future for a quick refresher periodically.\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\tFantastic read. <\/span><\/cite>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
