\n\t\t\t\t\t\tI found this book to be both highly educational and informative. I also found this work to be beneficial to maintaining a positive inclusive and culturally open state of mind. In many ways, the information presented here is better than what you'll find in a book by any other diversity author as I have read most material on the subject.\n\nThis book did a masterful job in driving home the points and the basic ideas of cultural competency in a smooth and readable manner. This particular collection of research is a fantastic starting point on ones journey of enlightenment and cultural tolerance. Perhaps it's all that some people will ever need or want. For me, since I've read the vast majority of books presented, this provides me with a wonderful opportunity to expose myself to material that can increase my knowledge and understanding about race relations. \n\nThe bottom line is that this book presents a fantastic opportunity to delve into material that will have a positive effect on your life.
